About Revo Performance Software
Revo Performance software offers the smoothest and most controllable power increase available for the modern motor vehicle. All development is carried out using a standard un-modified car, which has first been diagnostically tested for true factory results. As such the software we tune to, will perform impeccably when re-installed onto an un-modified car. Most of our performance software is complimented by multiple performance programs, anti theft programs and user friendly variable table changes that become accessible when you purchase an optional Serial Port Switch. This will give you access to many different levels of enhancements built into the Revo performance software. You may want to switch to take advantage of better fuel qualities, or to ensure you are getting the most from any optional bolt on tuning accessories like performance exhaust systems, performance air intake filters or intercoolers. And for the ultimate enthusiast, it allows you to “tune” your vehicle’s fuel, boost and timing settings for maximum performance.

Revo SPS and SPS Plus
Revo performance software is complimented by an optional range of switches that allow you to switch between performance programs and anti theft modes already built into the standard Revo software. Simply select a program, plug in, wait a few seconds, remove the select device and start the car. It's simple and there's no fixed switch to alert to any modification.
Select: The 'select' gives the user the ability to switch between stock and performance mode. This performance mode can be set by your Revo Technik dealer to suit your car, fuel quality and climatic conditions. Additionally the 'select' features an Anti theft function which is designed to disable the ECU itself. Switch functionality varies for different vehicles, please refer to your Revo Technik dealer. Select Plus: The 'select plus' features variable boost, timing and fuel adjustment allowing the user to set the car up to run efficiently with any fuel quality and in varying conditions. The 'select plus' consists of a diagnostic port interface, USB cable and new PC based software. Revo @ TDF Porsche GT2 Case Study
The owner of this GT2 was keen to improve it's on and off track performance as well as increase it's off boost/low speed driveability. Using a Revo remap custom tuned on the TDF chassis dyno we were able to meet these requirements and by making use of the excellent Revo SPS+ provide the owner with multiple maps to suit all conditions.
Before any work began on increasing performance the car was first run on the chassis dyno to provide a baseline figure and to ensure there were no existing problems or issues which may impact performance or reliability. The car made 458bhp and 466ftlbs of torque, pretty much bang on the official Porsche figures.
During the course of over 40 dyno experiments fuel, ignition and boost was calibrated to achieve the target power output. The net result was 519bhp and 554ftlbs of torque with torque in excess of the standard Porsche figure available from 4000RPM to 6000RPM.
However a performance increase was not the only target with this car. In order to ensure it was useable in day to day conditions TDF went on to calibrate an additional three maps which were loaded onto the SPS+ device allowing the owner to tailor the power output and delivery to suit his requirements/road conditions. Calibrations A, B and C on the SPS+ now give the choice of 400bhp, 500bhp and 520bhp with default standard and performance modes available in addition to these settings.
