The TDF facility is a modern, purpose built unit housing the chassis dyno, loom/wiring build area, service bay, install bay and offices.
Our 2012 refurb included a complete rebuild of our Superflow chassis dyno which included a raft of upgrades to improve the dynos capabilties and add support for drive cycle testing. We are one of the few facilties in the UK to offer drive cycle testing for low volume OEMs, essential as part of the Euro compliance process. Our service bay is equiped for all types of vehicle and includes dedicated diagnostic and service equipment. Our OEM services include vehicle testing, engine control calibration, gearbox control calibration, emissions compliance for low volume OEMs, prototype support and systems development. We have a long and succesful history with Renault Sport products and offer a range of in house developed upgrades for both road and race cars.
