TDF are based on a modern industrial park catering mainly for the automotive and sports car sectors. We share the park with a number of well known marque specialists and our power test, calibration and development services are used extensively by our neighbours.
Our facility houses a Superflow AD-11 chassis dyno, electronics workshop, servicing bay and offices. We also benefit from a large amount of hard standing in front of the facility which greatly eases access and parking for HGV race transporters etc.
Chassis Dyno:
The chassis dyno was built specificaly for TDF and is one of the leading 2WD facilities in the UK, optimised for sports and prototype cars the dyno allows for extensive testing and in chassis engine development. It is also used as a power test facility by race series organisers, private individuals and car clubs. Housed in a sound proof cell it is available 24 hours a day.
Electronics Workshop:
The electronics workshop provides test, development and build facilities for our range of engine controllers. Our EC1 and EC2 ECUs have become common in British and European motorsport over the past few years and have gained a reputation as reliable, durable and powerful engine controllers capable of matching the performance and functionality of any other motorsport orientated engine controller available today.
Servicing Bay:
The servicing bay was build to meet our customers need for a dedicated service facility for bespoke, high performance or unusual road and track cars. Our extensive experience in road and track car development, engine development and engine/gearbox electronics allows us to offer in house vehicle servicing to a level and standard we feel is unmatched.
